    We do accept drive in wash services, however these are subject to availability only. availability may be limited during busy periods or when our team is focussed on preparing vehicles for booked services.

    For a guaranteed time slot and minimal waiting please book online in advance. turning up without a booking does NOT guarantee service.

  • yes, all online bookings take priority over drive in customers. if you need a guaranteed slot, please book online. drive ins are first come first served and wait times can be long.

  • wait times vary throughout the day and we don’t give live wait estimates. for guaranteed time, please book online. otherwise you’re welcome to turn up and queue.

  • this means we may not be able to carry out a service immediately or at all if our team or work bays are already allocated. Availability can be affected by:

    • High demand or peak times

    • Ongoing booked services

    • Vehicle preparation already in progress

    Drive in services are assessed on arrival and are NOT guaranteed.

  • No, bookings are only confirmed once pai in full. this ensures availability, prevents double bookings, and allows us to plan staff and time properly.

  • Wash is designed for regular maintenance, it focuses on safely removing surface dirt to keep your vehicle clean and presentable.

    • Time: 30 minutes or more

    • Frequency: ideally bi weekly / monthly depending on use.

    A detail is much more deeper, more advanced service. it focuses on restoring, enhancing and protecting your vehicle using specialist tools and processes.

    • Time: typically 2 hours or more

    • frequency: usually once or twice a year

    In simple terms:

    • A wash maintains cleanliness on a regular basis

    • A detail improves overall condition, appearance and long-term protection

  • Yes. We are professional installers of ceramic coatings and paint protection film, not just a wash facility. Because we install these products at a high level, we also understand exactly how they should be maintained.

    Vehicles with ceramic coatings, PPF, matt, satin, or frozen paint finishes must be booked on our Signature Exterior Maintenance Wash. This service is specifically designed to preserve existing protection using specialist techniques and protection-safe products.

    The Premium Exterior Wash is not suitable for protected or special paint finishes.

  • Yes, we work on cars, suvs, vans and bikes.

    pricing and service time may vary depending on the size, condition, and complexity of the vehicle.

  • We accept card payments including American Express, Bank transfer and online payments.

    Cash is accepted in person for drive in services.

    All booked services require full payment in advance to secure appointments.

  • Without upfront payments, booking systems are vulnerable to time wasters and ghost bookings.

    Taking payment in advance ensures commitment, allows us to schedule our team efficiently and protects genuine customers from delays caused by missed appointments.

  • Yes, we have a comfortale customer lounge available while your vehicle is with us.

    For wash and maintenance, customers are required to remain on site with their vehicle throughout the service.

    For Interior valets, detailing, correction and paint protection services, vehicles are typically left with due to the time required.

  • Quite simply: extra dirty = extra charge

    our wash and maintenance services are designed for regularly cleaned vehicles.

    Heavily soiled vehicles require a deep clean or detailing service, which is priced accordingly.

    if your vehicle is excessively dirty, we’ll advise the correct service before work begins.

  • Please arrive 15 mins before your scheduled appointment time for check in and inspection. if you arrive late your booking may be shortened, delayed, or cancelled, depending on availability.
    Late arrivals are not guaranteed to be accommodated.

  • All services are carried out in a dedicated facility with proper roofing, shade, and drainage, so weather conditions do not affect the quality of our work.

    Rain is a normal part of driving in the UK and does not make vehicle dirty, road grime and contamination do.

    Once a service has been completed, it is considered fulfilled.
    No refunds or re washes are offered due to weather conditions.
