Every Exterior Detail begins with the same thorough deep clean and decontamination process.

The difference is the level of paintwork improvement:

Protection - No machine polishing. The paintwork is deep cleaned, decontaminated and protected.

Enhancement - One machine polishing stage to improve gloss and clarity while reducing light swirl marks and imperfections.

Correction - Multiple machine polishing stages for greater defect removal. A compound is used first to cut and reduce heavier defects, followed by a finer polish to refine the finish and restore gloss and clarity.

All three services are finished with Gtechniq C2 for gloss, hydrophobic protection and easier ongoing maintenance

  • The level of paint refinement is what separates our three Exterior Detailing packages.

    PROTECTION
    No machine polishing is carried out. The vehicle is thoroughly prepared and decontaminated before protection is applied.

    ENHANCEMENT
    A single-stage machine polish is carried out to improve gloss and paint clarity while reducing light swirl marks, wash marring and surface haze.

    CORRECTION
    A multi-stage machine polishing process is used for greater defect removal. A heavier cutting stage is followed by refining to restore gloss, clarity and finish.

    The amount of improvement achievable depends on the paint type, condition, previous repairs and the depth of individual defects. Paintwork is assessed before polishing to determine what can be safely improved.

  • Exterior detailing can significantly improve the appearance and condition of a vehicle, but it cannot repair physical damage.

    It will not repair:

    • Stone chips or missing paint

    • Dents and body damage

    • Cracked, peeling or failing paint

    • Deep scratches that have penetrated beyond a safe polishing depth

    • Poor previous paint repairs or bodyshop defects that require refinishing

    • Damaged or deteriorated trim

    • Failed or damaged paint protection film

    Some deeper scratches and defects may be improved rather than completely removed. We prioritise safe paint correction rather than unnecessarily removing excessive clear coat to chase individual defects.

  • We don’t use heavy silicone dressings to create an artificial shine or disguise poorly cleaned surfaces.

    Interior plastics, trim and leather are properly cleaned using appropriate products, brushes and cloths, leaving a clean, natural, factory-style finish.

  • Full Interior Reset is designed for vehicles in normal used condition. It is not a disaster-cleaning package.

    Vehicles affected by bodyshop dust or contamination, broken glass, water ingress or damp, mould, excessive pet hair, major spillages or other exceptional contamination require assessment and are quoted separately.

    Physical damage including burns, tears, permanent staining and damaged leather cannot be corrected through cleaning alone.

The most complete detailing package we offer, combining two days of exterior preparation, paint refinement, interior detailing and comprehensive surface protection into one service.

The exterior is thoroughly prepared and machine polished to improve gloss and clarity before being protected with Gtechniq Crystal Serum five-year ceramic coating, with C5 Wheel Armour applied to the alloy wheels and G1 ClearVision applied to the glass.

Inside, the vehicle receives our Full Interior Reset, followed by L1 Leather Guard and I1 Smart Fabric protection where applicable.

Headlight PPF and new number plates complete the package.

  • Ultimate Detail is our most complete detailing package, combining exterior preparation and paint enhancement, full interior detailing, ceramic protection and selected PPF protection in one service.

    The included single-stage machine polish is designed to improve gloss and clarity while reducing light swirl marks, wash marring and surface imperfections. Deeper scratches and defects may require additional paint correction.

    Ceramic coatings provide long-term surface protection and make the vehicle easier to maintain, but they do not prevent stone chips or impact damage. The included PPF is limited to the headlights; additional PPF coverage can be added separately.

    The level of paintwork improvement achievable will depend on the condition of the vehicle, paintwork and any previous repairs.

    Optional upgrades such as two-stage paint correction, EXO v5 and wheels-off preparation/coating can be added where required.
